Form Html Script For Front Page

La pagina WEB contiene FORM script con SUBMIT fuction che deve mandare il messaggio al indirizzo e-mail. Invece, esce una pagina che dice: NO FRONT PAGE EXTENSIONS INSTALLED, che non è vero. Le estenzioni FP sul server sono state attivate. La pagina in HTML si presenta:
