Cordova errore quando cerco di emulare o creare la app

Ciao a tutti, sono nuovo in questo forum ed è un piacere conoscere un forum del genere.

Sa alcuni giorni ricevo questo errore quando tutto funzionava bene prima.
Ho già fatto ricerche sul web e qualsiasi soluzione che ho trovato non ha funzionato

Spero che qualcuno mi aiuti a risolvere questa situazione perché sto impazzendo sono giorni che ci sto dietro e non me ne esco, ho disinstallato Android Studio e reinstallato, ho disinstallato cordova ed reinstalla ma nulla.
