ho degli strani errori nel sito ,in addurl,news,top 100,vorrei sapere se potrebbe essere un problema server oppure devo rivedere qualcosa visto che e damolto che non lavoro su questo sito,e non ho toccato nulla

Dovresti provare con Server.MapPath(".") invece che Server.MapPath("..")

se un percorso parte dalla root prova con

Server.MapPath("/nomefile.ext")
