Problema con uno script js

Ciao a tutti!

Volevo domandare se qualcuno poteva darmi una mano con uno script js.
in pratica ho uno script js che mi crea un simpatico tooltip a fumetto, ma non riesco a capire come fare per inserire in tale script anche un rollover che cambi immagine al passaggio del mouse... qualcuno può darmi una mano?
