Errore in fase di importazione sql

Salve a tutti,
sto cercando di importare su host tophost un file sql di un database su altervista.

in phpmyadmin mi da questo errore :

In che formato hai esportato?

Io in genere prendo il codice SQL e lo incollo su phpMyAdmin.

Prova a prendere la prima CREATE TABLE e ad eseguirla.

Vedi se ti da sempre errore...
