codec audio identificato dal tag di formato 75

Salve a tutti, aprendo un file "file audio/video Windows Media" appare il seguente:

"Per riprodurre il file è necessario il codec audio identificato dal tag di formato 75. Per determinare se il codec può essere scaricato dal Web, scegliere Guida Web." Io scelgo "guida web" e appare

Codec is missing
Windows Media Player cannot play the file (or cannot play either the audio or video portion of the file) because the Voxware Meta Sound codec is not installed on your computer.

Quindi scarico questo Voxware, ma è un zip, come si fa ad installare? Aprendolo non c'è il solito .exe con l'icona del pc, bensì vari file di cui uno "informazioni di installazione", riporta quest'enormità:

Installare quel maledetto programma! :gun: In genere sono autoinstallanti, ma questo no... Non sembra almeno e cmq il file audio non parte. Tu lo conosci questo "Voxware"?
