Editor freeware (anche php con possibilità anteprima)

Cerco un bell'editor che aiuti oltre a scrivere html che sia "compatibile" anche con il php.
Deve essere completamente freeware.
L'ottimo sarebbe una cosa simile a dreamweaver ma gratis.
