argomenti dalla riga dei comandi

Ho trovato questo listato e vorrei provare a farlo girare.Il problema è che non so che argomenti passare alla riga dei comandi.Questo perchè se lo lancio senza argomenti mi da errore.Vi posto il listato per comodità:
