dall'errore che riporti direi che il file foto_profilo.png non esiste o non è corretto il percorso e quindi non può cancellarlo (ma questo è soltanto un warning e non un errore).
il file che cerchi di caricare esiste già e quindi non lo carica
e poi forse (ma forse però) il file che carichi non è jpg o jpeg o png o gif o semplicemente ha l'estensione in maiuscolo
