I'm looking for a specific book or PHP learning resource. I learned PHP back when it first started to catch on, maybe around version 3. I never used it much as my platform of choice at the time was classic ASP, so I prompt forgot most of it.
I keep getting little projects that need PHP work, usually modifying some existing code which I can get through with a bit of Googling and trial/error, but I'd like to get back to being able to do some code from scratch when needed.
So what I'm looking for is a PHP book or learning resource that's aimed at experienced programmers. I don't need to be reading 150 pages on what a loop or object is, I just need to be able to relate the languages I already know fluently to the latest version of PHP.
Any suggestions?
