[Photoshop] zoomify

ho usato più volte la funzione di zoomify di photoshop cs6 con ottimi risultati (per un esempio vai su www.noteartistiche.it/cimabue. Da qualche giorno quando esporto le immagini con zoomify, a fine operazione l'immagine non si apre e compare il seguente messaggio: error loading image data: ....Iimages/BlueMarble_2005_SAm_9_4096/
cos'è successo?
