Non vedo frecce su forme

Salve non vedo le frecce sullo strumento forma.
Se clicco sull'ingranaggio>importa forme>non mi apre nessuna freccia.
Come posso risolvere?

Ciao, personalmente ho una versione vecchi per cui non posso verificarlo ma ho letto che le frecce sono state spostate.
Hai già visto questa discussione nel sito di supporto adobe?

I don't know where to click to indicate that I have the same problem ... (sorry if it gave you false hope of solution ...) As well in the pannel the shapes folders once opened won't close.. And when I am trying to draw manually using the line tool in the shape tools and the option to add arrow...
