Menu a comparsa [era: Ma cos'è sta roba?]

Mi dite che sintassi è quella di questo esempio per la creazione di un menu a comparsa? Creiamo un oggetto, una specie di array, qualcosa di strano?

Il web è pieno di script gratuiti per la creazione di menu a scomparsa, prova magari a cercarne uno un pò meno complesso
