Dear Sir/Madam,
It is with great pleasure that i contact you on behalf of our company AGRIC-BIO LIMITED ( an Agric research firm), United Kingdom to request for a group booking for Eight (8) of our delegates that will be attending a training seminar in your area by the month of August,2012. The training seminar is meant to last for a period of Seven days ( 7 days). We would like to know if you can accommodate the Eight delegates for the following dates:

Arrival Date: 1st August 2012.
Departure Date: 7th August 2012.
Number of persons: 8.
Number of rooms needed: 8.(with breakfast fee included)

We need single or double rooms to accommodate our delegates for the dates above on a single occupancy basis, so if the rooms are available do get back at us with the rates and details of the available rooms.
If possible, please also send us your web pages or photos of the available rooms so that we can have a view.
